Job Summary : The restaurant Expeditor ensures quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders are prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures to avoid waste;

and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe.

Job Responsibilities :

Timeliness- Ensures kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and sent out together by directing servers and / or food runners to deliver and complete the ordersPace- Brisk and steady, organized, no unnecessary stepsRecipe Adherence Ensures proper presentation of each plate and the appropriate temperatureCleanliness Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a "like new" condition.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workloadAbility to work and communicate well with othersAttention to detail and ability to take initiative a mustResponsible behavior and professional imageMust have a positive attitudeSafe food handling and safety is always a top priorityMust be a team playerQualifications :

2 years of work or related experience preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
